What we compare
Wood pellets, air-source heat-pump air conditioning and direct electric heating. Our calculations compare an assumed identical useful heat demand. The numbers are not offers or equipment performance certifications.
Editorial approach
We distinguish sample prices from verified current rates, explain assumptions and encourage visitors to verify calculations against their own energy bills and technical guidance.
